Welcome 8th English Language Arts, I am Mrs. Curry.
I am in my third year of teaching and truly enjoy the difference I am able to make on students' lives each and every day. I was born and raised here and graduated from the University of Kansas with my Bachelor of Arts in History. 
This year in class, we will read lots of different texts and create various projects throughout the year.

You can expect that I will treat your child fairly and equally everyday as well as that I will present myself in a professional manner at all times. Even though some days will be harder than others just always remember that I am here to educate. I will expect your child to come to class prepared to learn on a daily basis.
