Common men go nowhere, you have to be Uncommon!

Welcome to all of my incoming Texas History students for the 2011-2012 school year. I appreciate all of my students' parents for giving me the opportunity to share knowledge with your kids in the classroom and in the athletic setting.

I graduated from Andrews High School in 2000. From there I attended and graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University, with a B.S. in Secondary Education. I'm entering my 6th year as a full time classroom teacher, 3rd year with Vernon I.S.D. I am a member of Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society. I serve in a dual role with Vernon M.S. by coaching as well as teaching.  I'm married to Ashley Bloom who teaches at McCord Elementary,  have a wonderfully energetic son Davis 4 yrs old, and Lilly just turned 1.
